While the hotel had some nice aspects, such as large and clean rooms, the experience was marred by inadequate dining options and unprofessional service in various areas. It's a mixed bag, with a friendly animation team but significant shortcomings in food quality and overall organization.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the vibrant animation team and the warm hospitality from the staff. Mekky, in particular, made our holiday memorable with his humor and friendliness. However, the dining options were repetitive, which was a letdown after a few days. The rooms needed some maintenance, but overall, it was a fun and relaxing retreat.
